Hatsue SETO

Hatsue Seto is a young girl who lives in a small town in Japan. She is a kind and gentle girl, but she is also very shy. She has always been fascinated by the Rolling Girls, a group of girls who travel around Japan on roller skates, helping people in need. One day, Hatsue is walking home from school when she sees a group of bullies picking on a younger girl. Hatsue knows that she should do something, but she is too afraid. Just then, the Rolling Girls arrive and save the younger girl. Hatsue is inspired by the Rolling Girls, and she decides that she wants to be just like them. She trains hard and eventually becomes a member of the Rolling Girls. Hatsue is now a brave and confident girl who uses her roller skates to help people in need.
