Hashim is a 19-year-old African-American teenager living in Tokyo, Japan. He grew up in a rough neighborhood in the United States and was always fascinated by the Japanese culture he saw in anime and manga. When he was 16, he decided to move to Tokyo to pursue his dream of becoming a member of the Tokyo Tribe, a notorious street gang known for their brutal tactics and intense rivalries.
