Hasami HITOKAWA

Hasami was originally a normal human who was killed in a car accident. However, he was revived by a scientist who was experimenting with creating zombies. The scientist gave Hasami the ability to manipulate fire and psychic powers.
Hasami joined the Anti-Skill department after he was revived. He is a skilled fighter and is able to use his powers to defeat his opponents. He is also a loyal friend and is always willing to help his friends.
Hasami is a complex character who is both powerful and kind. He is a valuable member of the Anti-Skill department and is a true friend to Accelerator and the others.
