Gwess

Gwess is a minor antagonist in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean anime. She is a prisoner at Green Dolphin Street Prison and is a member of the Cult of Dio. Gwess is a tall, slender woman with black hair and a hat. She is very skilled in hand-to-hand combat and is also a master of disguise. Gwess is first introduced when she is sent to assassinate Jolyne Cujoh. She disguises herself as a prison guard and attacks Jolyne in her cell. However, Jolyne is able to defeat Gwess and escape. Gwess later reappears when she is sent to retrieve the Stand disc that contains Jolyne's Stand, Stone Free. She is successful in retrieving the disc, but she is defeated by Jolyne and her friends. Gwess is a formidable opponent, but she is ultimately no match for Jolyne and her friends. She is a tragic figure, who is ultimately defeated by her own hubris.
