Gustav Ahr, better known by his stage name Lil Peep, was born on November 1, 1996, in Gothenburg, Sweden. His parents were both American, and they moved back to the United States when he was just a year old. Growing up in Long Island, New York, Lil Peep was always drawn to music. He started making beats on his computer at a young age and eventually began rapping over them.
