Gram RIVER is a young cook who dreams of becoming a great mecha pilot. He grew up on the pirate ship Mars Daybreak, where he learned how to fight and survive in the harsh world of space. One day, he was captured by the Galactic Empire and forced to work as a cook in their space fleet. However, he managed to escape and join the resistance movement, where he finally got the chance to pilot a mecha and fight for what he believes in.
