I created and shoehorned one of the biggest revelations on Television - The restaurant reality show genre. I founded Hell's Kitchen, I've had many opportunities on television that have led o success, like Kitchen Nightmares and Uncharted. What stands out in my stuff is the standard of quality. If you're not giving me what I need, how I need it, it's the customer you're betraying. Do it again better.
