Gamora

Gamora is a fictional character in the Marvel Universe. She was created by writer/artist Jim Starlin and first appeared in Strange Tales #180 (June 1975). Gamora is the adopted daughter of Thanos, and the last of her species. She is a member of the superhero group known as the Infinity Watch. Gamora is a fierce warrior with superhuman strength and agility. She is also an elite combatant, being able to beat most of the opponents in the galaxy. She has played a role in many major Marvel storylines, including the 2007 crossover "Annihilation: Conquest" and the 2018 crossover "Infinity Countdown". Gamora has been featured in a variety of associated Marvel merchandise, including toys, video games, and clothing. She is also a popular character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, where she is played by actress Zoe Saldaña.
