Hugo Strange is a supervillain who has been around since the early days of Batman. He is one of the few villains who knows Batman's secret identity, and he uses this knowledge to his advantage. Strange is a brilliant scientist and psychologist, and he is always coming up with new ways to torment Batman. He is a formidable opponent, and Batman must always be on his toes when he faces Strange.
