Faceless One

The Faceless One is a mysterious and dangerous youkai who roams the land, wearing a variety of masks to hide their true face. They are said to be able to take on any form they desire, and they are often associated with death and misfortune. One day, a young samurai named Kagemaru is on a journey to find his father, who was kidnapped by a youkai. He comes across a village that has been attacked by the Faceless One, and he is the only survivor. Kagemaru vows to avenge the villagers and defeat the Faceless One. Kagemaru travels to the mountains, where he meets a wise old woman who tells him that the Faceless One is a powerful youkai who cannot be defeated by ordinary means. She gives Kagemaru a magical sword, and tells him that he must use it to cut off the Faceless One's head. Kagemaru sets out to find the Faceless One, and he eventually tracks it down to a dark cave. He fights the Faceless One, and after a long and difficult battle, he manages to cut off its head. With the Faceless One defeated, Kagemaru returns to the village and avenges the villagers.
