Ernst ROHM
Ernst Rohm was born in 1887 in Munich, Germany. He was the eldest of three brothers and came from a wealthy family. His father was a successful businessman who owned a textile factory. Rohm was a bright student and excelled in sports, particularly boxing and fencing. He joined the German Army during World War I and rose to the rank of captain. After the war, he became involved in right-wing politics and joined the Nazi Party in 1921.
