Electrocuted Wildcat was a normal cat until he was struck by lightning. He gained the ability to transform into any inanimate object, but he could only stay in that form for a few minutes before he turned back into a cat. He used his powers to help people in need, but he was also pursued by the evil organization Kämpfer.
