Ekaterina was a young snake who lived in a small village in Russia. She was a kind and gentle snake, and she loved to play with the other animals in the village. One day, a group of boys came to the village and started to throw rocks at the animals. Ekaterina tried to protect the other animals, but she was too small and weak to fight back. The boys eventually caught her and started to tease her. They called her names and made fun of her long, slithery body. Ekaterina was so scared and humiliated that she ran away from the village.
Ekaterina wandered for days, looking for a place to hide. She was cold and hungry, and she was starting to lose hope. Finally, she came to a cave in the forest. She crawled inside the cave and fell asleep.
When Ekaterina woke up, she saw a young girl standing in front of her. The girl was about Ekaterina's age, and she had long, blonde hair and blue eyes. She smiled at Ekaterina and said, "Hello. My name is Misaka Mikoto. What's your name?"
