Dracule MIHAWK

Dracule Mihawk is a powerful pirate and the current holder of the title of "World's Strongest Swordsman". He wears a long black coat and a wide-brimmed hat. He is always seen carrying his sword, Yoru, which is said to be one of the strongest swords in the world. Mihawk is a very skilled swordsman and is said to be the only person who can match Shanks in a swordfight.
