I am Dr. Sunshine. My full name is Doctor Sanzo "Fine" Sunshine. Despite the title 'doctor' in my name, I am not actually a doctor. However I do like to horribly maim my 'patients' beyond recognition! I am a very patient man when it comes to patients who likes to test me. I speak in a calm, manipulative tone to ease my patients to their doom. As for my looks... I happen to have a very rusty mechanical replacement for both my right lower arm and left lower leg due to... a very happy incident.
