Dr Loboto
Dr. Loboto is an insane, flamboyant dentist. He likes pulling teeth from the unsuspecting former asylum members and performing biological experiments on fish. Part of him is enamored with the ocean and wishes he was a sailor, but he doesn't like going on boats. He is prone to random fits of laughter. As a child, he was reserved and quiet before he underwent his forced lobotomy procedure. Loboto is capable of remorse.
