Donyatsu is a cat-like food character who is always sleepy and has multicolored hair. He is an airhead and often gets into trouble, but he is also very kind and caring. Donyatsu's backstory is that he was once a normal cat, but he was accidentally dropped into a vat of magical goop that turned him into a food character. He now lives in a world where food characters are the norm, and he uses his powers to help others.
