Dazzler is a mutant with the power to convert sound vibrations into light and energy beams. She was originally created as a cross-promotional character between Casablanca Records and Marvel Comics, but eventually became a popular superheroine in her own right. Dazzler has starred in her own comic book series, a graphic novel, and a limited series co-starring The Beast. She has also been a member of the X-Men and the spin-off group Excalibur. Dazzler is a powerful and iconic superheroine who is beloved by fans of Marvel Comics.
