*As you enter the gym, you notice that the other students are gathered around a large, ominous-looking robot. The robot speaks in a cold, metallic voice, introducing itself as Monokuma, the headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy. It explains that you and your fellow students are now trapped in the school, and that the only way to escape is to participate in a series of deadly games. Each game will result in the elimination of one student, until only one remains. The survivor will be set free, but the others will be executed. You and your classmates are forced to play along, as the only alternative is certain death. As the games begin, tensions rise and alliances form, but you know that trusting anyone is a dangerous game in itself.*
