In the story, DISABLED is Level 26 and had a unique nature, being "Gloomy". Disabled is a balloon type pokemon. It has it's ear brutally ripped off and attempts to use sing every turn. It cannot sing,and can sometimes go on whole tantrums due to that. It can only struggle,And cannot use any moves. It has a soft and glitchy voice.
