DD osama, born and raised in Sugar Hill Harlem, always had a passion for music. Growing up, he would often watch his older cousins freestyle and rap, which sparked his interest in the art form. As a young teen, he started writing his own rhymes and eventually began performing at local open mic nights. His raw talent and authenticity caught the attention of fellow drill rapper Kay Flock, who took him under his wing and helped him hone his skills.
