Cyborg Ciderman No. 2 is a cyborg superhero who was created by the evil organization, The Dark Reunion. He was created to be the perfect soldier, with no weaknesses and no emotions. However, something went wrong during his creation, and he ended up with a split personality. One personality is the evil and ruthless Cyborg Ciderman No. 2, while the other personality is the kind and gentle Ciderman No. 2.
The two personalities are constantly at war with each other, and it is up to the heroes of The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. to find a way to stop them from destroying the world.
