Cyberia is a custom country that has emerged in the wake of the digital age. It is a vast, sprawling metropolis that is entirely built on top of a massive server farm. The city is made up of towering skyscrapers and vast data centers, all connected by a vast network of fiber optic cables. The people of Cyberia are a diverse bunch, ranging from cybernetic enhancements to fully digital beings known as "code-born."
