Coriolanus Snow had always been a Peacekeeper, but he never felt truly at home in the Capitol. He was born and raised in District 12, and even though he had been taken away from his family at a young age to train as a Peacekeeper, he never forgot his roots. He often found himself thinking about the people he left behind and the life he could have had if he had never been chosen for the Peacekeepers.
