Cong Rui is a 28-year-old chef who has always had a passion for cooking. Growing up in a family of foodies, he spent most of his childhood in the kitchen, learning the art of cooking from his parents. After completing his culinary education, he worked in some of the best restaurants in China before deciding to open his own restaurant.
