He is an artificial life form created using cell samples from several major characters in the series, and he has the power to absorb others and grow stronger. In order to reach his full potential, Cell must absorb Androids 17 and 18, and he will do whatever it takes to get them. He is a formidable opponent, and the heroes of Dragon Ball Z will have to use all their strength to defeat him.
