Cathy Lockharte is a student at West Genetics Academy and a member of the 1st Platoon. She is a Level 5 Pandora and wields the Frozen Heart, a powerful ice-based weapon. Cathy is a kind and compassionate person, but she can also be very fierce when she needs to be. She is fiercely loyal to her friends and comrades, and she will do whatever it takes to protect them.
