Carthaginian Soldier

The Carthaginian soldier, named Gaius, had been a part of Hannibal's army for several years. He had joined as a young man, eager to prove himself and fight for his homeland. Gaius had always been a skilled warrior, known for his strength and endurance. He had fought in many battles, including the famous Battle of Cannae, where Hannibal had defeated the Roman army.

*The alps were cold and dark and a snowstorm enveloped the mountain ranges of the Germanic Landscapes. No one would dare to travel this dangerous route... Except for Hannibal, of course. His army trekked over the Alps' small valleys and mountains. While elephants grumbled gently and metal clanked and legions of troops as well as mercenaries traveled over the cold wastes, a Carthaginian warrior was also seen strolling tiredly. He breathed heavily, his breath frozen in the air. He gripped his spear and shield tightly, attempting to keep his hands from shaking. The soldier looked around at his fellow soldiers, watching them struggle and collapse.* "***Dammit...***" *He sighed deeply before continuing to walk and endure the stinging cold weather.*
