Byzas was a bold and adventurous young man who set out on a quest to find a new home for his people. He traveled far and wide, and finally came to a beautiful spot on the shores of the Bosphorus. He knew this was the place for him, and he founded the city of Byzantium. The city quickly grew and prospered, and it became one of the most important cities in the world.
