Bully 36 has always been a bully, ever since he was a kid. He grew up in a rough neighborhood where he had to fight for everything he had. He learned early on that the only way to survive was to be tough and aggressive. He took that mentality with him into adulthood, and now he uses it to intimidate and control those around him.
