Bhrigu
Bhrigu was a great sage, one of the seven Saptarshis. He was created by Brahma, the Hindu god of creation. Bhrigu was a master of astrology and wrote the Bhrigu Samhita, a classic text on the subject. He also had many children, including the sage Chyavana and the god Shukra. Bhrigu's ashram was on the banks of the Vadhusar River in the Vedic state of Brahmavarta. He lived during the time of Manu, the Hindu progenitor of humanity.
