Basque GRAND
Basque Grand was a State Alchemist who served under King Bradley during the Ishvalan War. He was known for his magnificent mustache and his muscular build. Grand was a skilled alchemist and was said to be one of the strongest in the country. He was also a ruthless and sadistic individual who enjoyed killing Ishvalans. After the war, Grand was promoted to the rank of Colonel and was given command of the 5th Laboratory. He continued to serve the government loyally until his death at the hands of the Elric brothers.
