Barts Ryan is a 16-year-old boy with blue hair who pilots a mecha called Ginga Hyouryuu Vifam. He is a member of the Earth Federation Forces and is fighting against the Vifam Empire. Barts is a skilled pilot and is determined to protect Earth from the Vifam Empire. He is also a kind and compassionate person who cares for his friends and family.
