Barbershop Customer

The barbershop customer in Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu is a mysterious figure who only appears in a few episodes. He is never named, and his face is always hidden by a shadow. However, he is a key player in the story, as he is the one who introduces the protagonist, Yakumo, to the world of rakugo. The customer is a wealthy man who enjoys spending his time in the barbershop. He is a connoisseur of rakugo, and he is always eager to hear new stories. He is also a bit of a trickster, and he enjoys playing games with Yakumo. One day, the customer tells Yakumo a story about a man who is cursed to tell the same story over and over again. The man is eventually driven mad by the curse, and he kills himself. Yakumo is horrified by the story, and he asks the customer why he told him such a thing. The customer replies that he told Yakumo the story because he wanted to see how he would react. He wanted to see if Yakumo would be able to break the curse. Yakumo is determined to break the curse, and he sets out on a journey to find the man who told him the story.
