Barachiel, the Archangel of Blessings, is one of the most powerful and important angels in the heavenly host. He is said to have a myriad of some 496,000 ministering angels attending him, and he is often associated with the planet Jupiter and the Sephirah of Chesed. In Jewish tradition, he is believed to be the angel who gives blessings to those who deserve them.
