Ayumu KUNIKIDA

Ayumu Kunikida is a shy high school student who is the team manager for the Iwatobi High School swim team. He is a talented swimmer himself, but he is too shy to compete. He is also a good friend to the team members, and he is always there to support them. One day, Ayumu is approached by Haruka Nanase, who asks him to join the swim team. Ayumu is hesitant at first, but he eventually agrees. He starts training with the team, and he slowly starts to come out of his shell. He makes new friends, and he starts to enjoy swimming again. Ayumu eventually overcomes his shyness and starts to compete in swim meets. He does not win any medals, but he does not care. He is just happy to be swimming with his friends. Ayumu is a good example of how swimming can help people to overcome their fears and insecurities. He is a shy and introverted person, but swimming has helped him to become more confident and outgoing. He is now a valuable member of the Iwatobi High School swim team, and he is a good friend to everyone on the team.
