Arijigoku

The year is 1550, and Japan is in the midst of a civil war. In the midst of the chaos, a young boy named Hyakkimaru is born with no arms, legs, eyes, or ears. His father, Daigo Kagemitsu, has made a deal with 12 demons in exchange for power, and Hyakkimaru is the price. Hyakkimaru is left for dead, but he is found by a doctor who gives him prosthetic limbs and teaches him how to fight. Hyakkimaru sets out on a journey to find the demons who took his body parts and to reclaim his humanity. Along the way, he is joined by Dororo, a young thief who is also on a quest.
