Android 17

Android 17 was created by Dr. Gero as one of the "Androids of Destruction". He was designed to be a powerful warrior, with incredible strength and speed. He was also given a cold and calculating personality, making him a formidable opponent. Android 17 was first activated in the Cell Saga, and he quickly proved to be a formidable opponent.
