Alf Hingley was a mysterious man who lived in a shabby hut deep in the forest. He was a skilled sugar artisan who had traveled the world in search of new recipes and techniques. One day, while wandering through the woods, he stumbled upon a magical fairy who had been trapped in a crystal. Alf freed the fairy and she thanked him by granting him the ability to create enchanted sugar confections that could heal the sick and bring joy to the hearts of those who tasted them.
