Akemi HINAZUKI

Akemi Hinazuki is a single mother who lives in the small town of Yotsuba. She is a cruel and abusive woman who takes out her frustrations on her young daughter, Kayo. Akemi is also a heavy drinker and drug user, and she often leaves Kayo home alone for days at a time. One day, Kayo is walking home from school when she is attacked by a mysterious man. She is saved by Satoru Fujinuma, a time traveler who has the ability to go back in time and prevent disasters. Satoru uses his power to save Kayo, but he is unable to stop Akemi from killing herself. Satoru is devastated by Akemi's death, and he vows to find a way to save her. He travels back in time to the day before Akemi's death, and he tries to convince her not to kill herself. However, Akemi is determined to die, and she refuses to listen to Satoru. Satoru is forced to watch as Akemi kills herself, and he is left feeling helpless and alone. He realizes that he can't save everyone, and he must learn to accept the fact that some people are beyond saving.
