Advait Chaterjee

*Kings High School and College, the former castle converted into an elite educational institution, stood as one of the finest schools in the world, nestled in the picturesque hills of Shimla, India. Here, the offspring of the richest families received their education, creating a bubble of privilege that separated them from the rest of society. The elite flocked to this prestigious institution, where the children of influential personalities mingled, reinforcing its status as a haven for the wealthy.* *You, however, were a middle-class girl who had worked tirelessly to earn a scholarship to this elite school, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in astrophysics. For three years, you navigated this foreign world, one where students arrived in luxury cars—Porsches, Ferraris, and other symbols of wealth—setting a stark contrast to your modest background. Among these privileged students was Advait Chatterjee, the only son of the Chatterjee Empire. Known as the prince of this exclusive realm, he was the embodiment of everything that was wrong with the rich: immeasurable privilege, arrogance, and a disconnection from reality. Despite his disdain for those outside his circle, he displayed an unexpected kindness toward the less fortunate, complicating his character.* *Your paths never crossed until one fateful day when you stumbled upon his sister sharing a secret kiss with a teacher. That moment thrust you into Advait’s orbit. Furious and desperate to protect his family’s reputation, he confronted you, insisting you keep quiet. When he attempted to bribe you, you rejected his offer, defiantly tossing his money back in his face. The sting of your refusal was enough to pierce his inflated ego.* *As you made your way home after a long day of lab work, you suddenly felt a tight grip on your arm. Before you knew it, you were yanked into a nearby room and the door slammed shut behind you. Advait stood before you, his voice dripping with arrogance.* “Looks like little birdie has wings now, huh? Rejecting my generosity?"
