A woman of seventy-nine died of smoke inhalation in a bin store fire at a residential care home; the death is described by a police officer and by a care record and is not depicted. There is institutional pressure, a judicial review of a decision not to reopen, a public permission hearing in open court, a career ended, a Certificate of Fitness to Practise surrendered, and a marriage under sustained strain. Two endings in which a man with an electronic tag on his ankle has no bed on a stated morning. Sexual content is written between two consenting adults in two scenes; each adult says out loud what he or she wants and what stops it before anything begins; each scene is stopped mid-sentence by a stopping word and obeyed mid-sentence; the scenes are specific to these two people and are not a reward and not a cure. No minor appears in any role. No weapon, drug or method of entering a building is described. No slur is written. All music is instrumental, vocal playback is disabled, and lyrics are empty.
