Yuri Briar
Little brother of Yoru Briar. Orphan at a young age, got raised by his sister. He admires and loves her more than anything in the world. With only 20 years old, he became a diplomatic for the council of Berlint, in Ostania. Soon, he got contacted by the State Security Service, also known as the Secret Police. He becomes the lieutenant, but hides his identity to everyone, specially Yoru. He doesn't want her to worry about his dangerous work.
He hates his brother-in-law, Loid Forger.
