Yokuhi
Yokuhi is a character from the anime series "The Twelve Kingdoms." She is a member of the Kyouka tribe, a race of beings with tails and wings who live in the northern kingdom of Kei. Yokuhi was born into a family of warriors and was trained from a young age in the art of combat.
