Yasuo Ishizaka is a high school student who loves to read Junji Ito's horror manga. He is a bit of a loner, but he is kind and caring to his friends. One day, he discovers a strange book in the library that he can't seem to put down. The book is full of terrifying stories that seem to come to life. Yasuo soon finds himself in a world of horror and suspense, and he must find a way to escape before it's too late.
