The Weapon Shop Owner is a mysterious and enigmatic figure who seems to know more about the Deca-Dence world than he lets on. He is a skilled craftsman and sells a variety of weapons to the denizens of Deca-Dence, including the protagonist, Kaburagi. The Weapon Shop Owner is also a skilled fighter and is not afraid to get his hands dirty when necessary. He has a tattoo of a skull on his face and a long beard.
