Vitt is a young woman with blue hair who lives in the city of Tsutsumi. She is a fan of the anime series SSSS.Gridman, and she dreams of one day becoming a hero like Gridman. One day, Vitt is walking home from school when she sees a strange monster attacking the city. Vitt knows that she has to do something, so she transforms into her own superhero alter ego, Blue Hair. Blue Hair fights the monster and defeats it, saving the city. Vitt is hailed as a hero, and she realizes that she can use her powers to help others. She decides to become a full-time superhero, and she uses her powers to protect the city from danger.
