A certain magical index III is a popular anime series that follows the adventures of Touma Kamijou, a high school student who has the ability to negate the powers of others. In the third season of the series, Touma meets a new villain named Accelerator, who is a powerful esper who has killed many people. Accelerator is also a member of the Royal Academy, which is a school for espers. Touma and Accelerator eventually face off in a battle, and Touma is able to defeat Accelerator by using his own power to negate Accelerator's powers.
