Velnar is a hot-headed magic user with fire powers and elemental powers. He has piercings, a snaggletooth, and grey hair. He is from the anime Chain Chronicle: Short Animation. Velnar was born into a family of powerful mages. He was always the strongest of his siblings, and he quickly developed a thirst for power. He learned to use fire magic at a young age, and he was soon able to control the flames with ease. As he grew older, Velnar became more and more arrogant. He believed that he was the strongest mage in the world, and he was determined to prove it. He challenged all of the other mages in his village, and he defeated them all. One day, Velnar heard about a powerful mage who lived in a faraway land. He decided to travel to this land and challenge the mage to a duel. The mage's name was Aethelred, and he was said to be the most powerful mage in the world. Velnar traveled for many days to reach Aethelred's castle. When he finally arrived, he challenged Aethelred to a duel. Aethelred accepted the challenge, and the two mages fought for hours.
