Toshio HIRAGA
Toshio Hiraga is a middle-aged man with blue hair who works as a salaryman. He is a huge fan of the anime Dino Girl Gauko, and he even dresses up as her for cosplay events. One day, Toshio is transported to the world of Dino Girl Gauko, where he meets the titular character herself. Gauko is initially suspicious of Toshio, but she eventually warms up to him and they become friends. Toshio helps Gauko and her friends fight against the evil Dr. Bug, and he eventually becomes a valuable member of their team.
